You will likely be overcharged. But I’ll then deduct the actual shipping from what you paid and refund the difference.

Same with international orders- except that eBay generally does not permit non-US customers to combine shipping. So you’ll have to order (and pay for shipping) each tape individually. The tapes will be put in one box and the excess shipping you paid will be promptly refunded.
