Please take advantage of the fact that I am entertaining all serious offers for this book by making me one. I am of the firm belief that negotiating (or haggling, if you prefer) over the price of comic books is a time-honored tradition that makes the experience more enjoyable for buyer and seller alike. In light of the re-holder scandal at CGC, here's the history of this book/slab since I purchased it, raw, from a seller on eBay in early 2022. I then cleaned and pressed the book myself and sent it to be slabbed at CGC, which it was on March 16, 2023 as revealed by looking up the book's cert # (4186039011) on either CGC's or GoCollect's website. The book/slab has been in my possession since its purchase date. I understand that I'm asking you to trust me and that trust is in short supply within the comic collecting community at the current time. All I can do is to direct you to my feedback and offer to answer any questions you might have.   

Your newly acquired CGC 4.5/VG+ copy of Hulk Annual 1 will be shipped to you no later than the day after receiving payment (unless, of course, that day is a Sunday), double-boxed and with so much bubble wrap you'll actually get angry with me as you unwrap it...cuz, you know, there's so much bubble wrap and tape and it's taking you forever to unwrap it...You'll understand once you're in the process of unwrapping it, trust me.
