Shipping
- If the incorrect address is
entered during checkout please email us promptly so we can make changes to the
address. If we are NOT notified with the address change before item is shipped,
the buyer will have to wait for the item to be returned and is responsible for
new shipping charges.
- We ship items Monday through
Friday, we do not ship on weekends, holidays or any US Postal holiday. If you
place your order Friday afternoon it will be shipped Monday.
- We ship most orders within 24
hours from receiving approved payment. Items will be sent via US Postal, UPS,
or FedEx. Expedited shipping is available (please see listings). If you have a

Sales Tax

Return Policy

sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to
custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are NOT available on
customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction.
- On all Non-Customized items if
within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied,
simply return it for a full refund (less actual delivery charges on free
shippings as well). However all products should be returned in the original
state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not
be accepted for refunds. Buyer responsible for return shipping costs
- All defective items are replaced
at our expense. Please contact us so we can resolve your problem. You may be
asked to show some picture proof and return the item.
