Each item is shipped with the upmost care, packaged with recycled newspaper, bubble wrap and proper sized boxes and bubble mailers. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order please send me a message here to see if I can resolve the issue. If an item is broken upon arrival a case will be opened with the according postal service, as each item is shipped with $100 insurance. Most items are shipped with tracking, but keep in mind that some ( * generally smaller but not necessarily size related * ) items may be sent out regular letter post and may not come with a tracking number. If your order is delayed and does not arrive within one week of the estimated delivery time or 7 days which ever comes first, I will fully refund your order. If you wish to return the item due to no longer wanting the item, just be aware that return postage is paid in full by the buyer and not myself, as I am a small business owner and cannot occur the extra fees, I will also not be able to refund any funds until I receive the item in its original condition. Every item is checked over for any marks, scratches, dents or missing parts prior to listing. If an item has a defect, it will be marked so within the description of the item.
