3-stage inspection

Each rim in our inventory undergoes a 3-stage inspection process. Two stages upon arrival to the warehouse - a meticulous visual inspection and automatic tests (bend and cracks). The third stage, one more visual inspection, is performed before the shipment. If we detect cracks/defects, we immediately contact the customer and offer them a full refund or a replacement for an alternative in the same price category.

Professional pre-sale service

All of our rims are inspected, bend tested, and professionally repaired/reconditioned if required. We do not sell rims with crack repairs or center bent wheels. Some rims, though, may have repairs/patches in the surface face area. We test all rims before recondition and guarantee their quality for as long as you own them.

If you ever have any issues with the recondition, we will provide you a full refund/rim replacement, and cover the shipping costs.

Santa Ana Wheel (santaanawheel) does not accept any liability or provide any warranties for the used rims sold at this auction (with the exception of a 30-day return/refund policy).

All rims sold are USED, with different cosmetic condition. The conditions have been measured by the staff, and are accurate. All rims have been inspected for bend and crack damage. The rims sold are in AS-IS condition and are USED.

If you decide that you no longer need/want a rim that you purchased from Santa Ana Wheel, you simply need to ship the rim/-s back at our expense, and we will provide you a full refund. No restocking fees will be applied. You have 30-days to initiate a return. A refund will not be issued if rim/-s were mounted/driven after the purchase.

*Returned rims must be uninstalled, in the "original" condition (as received from Santa Ana Wheel), with all the original tags.

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR RIMS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A FULL REFUND OR RIM REPLACEMENT, PLUS, COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS. JUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE RIM HAS BEEN MOUNTED (AND ATTACH THE INSTALLATION RECEIPT). THE Santa ana wheel RETURN POLICY IS VALID WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE.
