These are Bell bicycle trunk mount bike rack carrier cradles. They will fit any brand rack with 1 - 1/8 diameter bar.

They are approximately 2  1/4 in Long. Made of durable rubber. Also included are the velcro straps which are about 10 in Long

These are great for replacing a cradle clamp you may have lost or damaged. Also good for you guys that build custom bike racks.
