SG4S is a soviet voltage regulator tube and you can use it as a replacement for the Od3 and VR150/30 tubes. These tubes have "tubular bulb shape". The OD3 and VR150/30 do have figural shape, but for example OD3 Tungsram does also have a tubular bulb shape.
