ASOGear will accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the item. It will be your responsibility to send the item back to our location in Oakville, Ontario, Canada at your cost.

We must receive returning goods within 30 days of issued RA #. Returning packaging is expected to be in similar condition it was received in; do not discard any packaging before you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition they are received in. Boot and Binding boxes must not be defaced, charges will apply.

If you are returning the item due to a mistake on our part, we will make all efforts to correct the situation. Please contact us immediately, our team is dedicated to ensuring you have a positive eBay experience.

If you are planning to return the product for any reason please initiate an eBay return in the My eBay section of your account. Once we receive this we will reply to you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product back to us in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We require all returning packages to clearly state the RA # and "Returning Goods" on the packaging. Do not return any product prior to receiving RA # or you will not receive any compensation.
