Brand new, factory sealed original Hell Pie Switch. This is straight from Super Rare and because a patch was required following the release, they sent me the updated cart with ver 1.04 on it, a new cellophane bag and 2 stickers to reseal it all (depending on your mood, I guess). I'll send all of this with it, so it's your choice if you want to open it and reseal or leave it sealed and play the game.
