In down position it has a .033 blue drop that gives you more punchy mid range sound. Perfect for bass styles that need to be in front of the mix instead being buried in the background with low end bass. When this pot is in the up position on 10 it boosts the mid signal and makes your bass jump out of the mix, great for bass solos. When turned down to 0 it's scoops out the mids giving you a very smooth dynamic sound still retaining the highs. This has solderless pickup connections. You only need a small screwdriver to install.
