Wiring Harness for Telecaster 1966 Style CTS Potentiometers, Bitterroot Guitars 3 Way Switch, Switchcraft #11 Jack, Mallory 0.022µF Capacitor

 Good Quality Parts:

1966 Setup gives you the standard "modern" telecaster modes:

Position #1 (switch lever on the right): Bridge pickup alone with tone control engaged.

Position #2 (switch lever in the middle): Both pickups together in parallel.

Position #3 (switch lever on the left): Neck pickup alone with tone control engaged.

This is a less costly Telecaster wiring harness, still using quality parts. This one will be a bit warmer than my other harnesses, using 250K pots in the 225K to 235K range, but still within the 10% ± spec. The Mallory caps are quite accurate and durable. The switch is in the Oak Grigsby style – it’s by Bitterroot Guitars - I’ve checked them out and they seem very comparable and well made.

This Wiring Harness is drop in ready for your Tele build or upgrade. Pots have ground to each other so this may be used with a non-conductive control plate. Harness will be shipped on a hard card, very well packed for protection.

My harnesses are well made with top-notch components – CTS Pots; Oak Grigsby & CRL Switches; NOS Paper in Oil & Orange Drop Caps; Switchcraft Jacks; Gavitt 22 Gauge Wiring; NOS Allen Bradley Resistors.
