For 18-32mm tyres, typically 100grams lighter than butyl Suitable for disc and rim brakes.

Valve length is 65mm so good for up to 55mm deep rims Packs down to next to nothing, 3 take up the same as 1 traditional butyl tube.

A simple, cheap and reliable method of lowering weight and a reduced rolling resistance that is almost as good as more puncture prone and expensive latex tubes.  2 tubes on your bike and 2 in your back pocket is a 1/2 a kg weight saving.

When installing, inflate the tube before inserting but only enough to give it some shape (5 PSI max). Fit the tyre as normal and as with butyl avoid using tyre lever when fitting to avoid pinch flats.  You may need to release the air to get the final of the tyre on, depends on the tyre tightness.

Includes repair patches and isopropyl alcohol swabs for prepping the area in the event of a puncture.

When you do have a puncture, the holes tend to be tiny so whilst people think these things tubes will go down rapidly, it is quite the opposite.  I've been using them now for a couple of years and will not go back to butyl.
