US SHIPPING

• If We offer FREE SHIPPING on an item and you need your purchase by a certain date, please let us know and we will let you know what options could accommodate your request. Some of these faster options may involve an additional fee.

• Please allow one business day for handling.

• Free shipping does not apply on international shipments. Please let us know if you want to purchase more than one item, we do combine shipping costs.

RETURNS

Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issue you have before leaving feedback. We do not consider the transaction complete until you are satisfied! (We do occasionally make mistakes, but we always try to be fair!)

We ask that you return an item as soon as possible after discovering it won't work for you. Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we agree the item description was not correct -- in that case we will pay return shipping).

Any questions about an exchange, or if you feel an item was mis-represented, please contact us prior to returning the item.

You will receive a full refund via PayPal if you ship the item back within 30 days after you receive it in the condition it was shipped to you and return everything that came with your purchase!
