Please be note that when you order two or more items, we might ship them separately in different packages.
If you need to cancel or return the item, please provide us with your order number, then we will assist you with a return if the parts are:
- Never installed, disassembled or used;
- Not damaged due to improper installation;
- Not missing parts, hardware or instructions.
We will issue a refund for any returned auto parts when they meet the above requirements. Customers may need to afford the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
For any parts proved to be defective within the first 30 days after purchase, we will provide a free replacement or refund the purchase price to the original buyer.
Please be advised that this warranty does Not apply to any part if it has been:
- Altered, misused, or improperly-installed;
- Installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed;
- Installed on a racing or high performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires.
Please understand that we are not able to offer reimbursement for labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
