This is a figure of The Master as played by Geoffrey Beavers in the Fourth Doctor story The Keeper of Traken. This emaciated Master differs slightly in design from the one seen in The Deadly Assassin, especially in that the actors eyes can be seen unlike the false ones used the previous one. This figure is difficult to get hold of these days.
