SHIPPING***
We do offer combined
shipping and will discount the shipping cost when possible. To benefit from the
combined shipping you must request an invoice, if paid for ahead of time we
cannot discount the shipping costs. The
link for this request is not seen in the cart on the App, only on a web browser
while logged into eBay.
We ship to all states
within the continental US including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to an
APO/FPO address.
A signature will
be required for delivery of all orders of $250 or more, NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS***
It is IMPORTANT TO
INSPECT YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS IT IS RECEIVED. On the extremely rare
occasion a shipment is damaged, please retain all of the packing materials and
contact us immediately to file a claim. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM unless asked to
do so. Based on the process it will take a few business days to
issue the refund. You may be asked to
confirm the loss or damage on the insurance company’s website.
Notify us if you want to
return your item(s). The item will need
to be insured, and the tracking number sent to us so we can notify our
insurance company of the shipment.
No instant refunds are
issue for a damaged item, the proper steps must be taken.
