Installation Instructions

Tips

1. Before placing an order, please be sure to confirm your printer model.

2. Do not touch the chip and the nozzle.If you accidentally touch it, wipe it with an eraser or dry lint-free cloth.

3. Please remove the transparent cover and pull off plastic tape before installing these cartridges. (Don't touch the chip)

4. Printer screen pop up ‘Non-Original Cartridge’? Please just click ‘OK’ and they will go ahead.

5. When occur an error message ‘Replace Cartridge’ or 'Low ink' ? Please reinstall them and try, you can try up to 5 times.

Shipping

1. Free standard shipping is provided on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders outside of the continental 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories or International) will be subject to additional shipping charges.
2. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS from our US warehouse and usually arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
3. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please verify and update your shipping address on eBay at checkout.

Return

1.Customers must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item for approval of any return or exchange.
2.Any defective/damaged item can be replaced within 180 days from the date of purchase (we define an item as defective only if it does not function as described).
3.Please contact us via eBay message before making a request to have the opportunity to resolve or correct the problem.
