There is slight impact damage as seen on photo #3 and the lens is soft wide at F2.8 to f4.0-4.5 open especially noticed on the telephoto end.

When stopped down to F/4 or F4.5 is improves greatly and is sharp throughout the range. I included to photos. One shot at F2.8 and the other at F4.0 so you can see the difference. 

This is a great buy form someone who does not need to shoot wide open all the time and VC and the focus work well. I am starting th bidding at 100.00 and will be sold as is no returns. It's a steal at 100.00. Its a 900.00 lens new and would be great for someone who understands the limitation of not shooting wide open all the time.

I took to a dealer and said it is repairable through Tamron since this is a USA lens not a gray Market. I am switching to Mirrorless slowly so that is why I am selling. Soft case and Box included.
