Grading scale: NM / EX (VG++) / VG+ / VG / VG- / G + / P (Poor). I post nothing below G+, and rarely use NM.
I grade sonically, using a Shure M44-7 cartridge with a Technics SL 1200.
Presently, I supply my own sound clips for 45 singles only (unless there are some very specific issues that I need to point out on a 12” or LP).
