This item is a Marvel Legends Icons The Punisher 12” Action Figure produced by Hasbro in 2006.  This item is in very good, never played with, loose condition (see pictures).

CONTACT: Buyer will receive an invoice via e-mail after the close of the auction, usually within twenty-four hours.  Buyer agrees to respond to seller and pay within TWO DAYS from the end of the auction.  Buyers who do not pay within TWO DAYS without making prior arrangements will have an Unpaid Item Dispute opened against them.  If payment is still not received, buyer will be reported as a Non-Paying Bidder.

SHIPPING: Buyer agrees to pay for all shipping and handling charges via Insured USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail including Delivery Confirmation.  I am always happy to combine multiple wins into a single package for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Some overseas bids may not be accepted at seller’s discretion due to size and weight shipping restrictions.  Please contact me before bidding to find out if I can ship this item to you.  Items will ship via First Class or Priority Mail.  Buyer is responsible for ALL fees related to importation.  Please do not ask me to falsify postal documents by shipping an item as a “gift” or at a declared value less than the final selling price.
