Booklet and floorplans in great condition. There is no box and the floorplans have been cut out.

Unfortunately there is one piece missing - half of the Goblinoid hall (the large piece in the middle of the booklet cover picture).

Also included are some bonus floorplans that are also by Games Workshop and are from 1983 and 1984.
