I sell & ship internationally from Germany and did this a couple of hundred times without any problems.
Shipping costs depend on the total value and the kind of insurance you ask for:
-the cheapest way is tracked and signed-for but insured only up to 50 $ 19 $
(I recommend this in case you buy one or two cars, it's very safe)
- in case you purchase up to a value of 550 $ and you want full coverage, tracked & signed-for it'll be 55 $
- if you go for cars worth more than 550 $ incl. full coverage, tracked & signed-for would be 65 $
