- Package your item properly by separating the ring in each zip lock bags. Approved packaging includes bubble mailers and boxes.

-Make sure the package has a tracking number.
 

Wrong Size Ordered

-  Please contact us first to ensure that the size you need is available. Please note that the items must
be in their original condition and should not be altered or worn. We cannot exchange used and damaged jewelry. A $4.00 charge will be required
