The RAM-B-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a flat 2.5'' diameter plate. 

The plate has pre-drilled holes including the universal AMPS hole pattern. If required, the different hole patterns allow you to connect this plate flush to almost any type of existing hole pattern.
