This hardcover book with dust jacket is in very good condition. The dust jacket has some small tears mostly around the edges. The front cover outside spine has a couple of minor cracks but doesn't affect the binding. It is very solidly bound.

The only marking I see is a small inscription on inside page. Pages are in excellent clean condition and also have the "thumb" tabs for the different categories.

This is a thick cookbook with 974 pages plus a large index at the back. A wealth of information with great recipes and lots of pictures.

The book measures 6-1/2" x 9" x 2-1/2" thick.
