What if my item does not fit?
We are always happy to accept returns for items that do not fit, as we understand shopping for clothing online can be difficult. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Is this item authentic?
Yes, all of the items that we sell, both in our retail stores and online, are GUARANTEED to be 100% Authentic. There are times that tags etc may vary from something you have seen in another store as we do specialize in discontinued, end of season (last years models) and overstock merchandise.
Will you ship this item to my international destination?
We are more than happy to ship any of our clothing items Internationally, however electronic & misc items will only be shipped within the US. Shipping costs are stated within our listing, please check the cost or contact us for cost prior to purchase. These costs DO NOT include Customs fees/duties.
We have recently had to exclude some international locations as Priority International Mail is no longer available to those destinations(this includes Russia, Ukraine and a few others at this time).
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do offer combined shipping for multiple items that are paid for at the same time. In some cases if you have paid for multiple items separately, we may combine the orders together to save on shipping/packaging cost. For any items that do not offer free shipping, such as international orders, we do offer combined shipping discounts.
