A great tweed wool coat for a woman with a unique collar and a built in scarf.   Has large black

buttons and side seam pockets.  The sleeves are a raglan cut with gussets set in for better movement.  It is lined with a very heavy flannel backed satin lining.  The scarf is hand stitched in and could be easily removed - see photo for more detail.  

It is in very nice vintage condition - shows little sign of wear.  

I do believe this was custom made.

  Armpit to armpit:  ~ 43.5" 

  Sleeve from center back of neck:  31"

  Hip area:  49"

  Center back length:  39"

I would say it fit more like today's Small... do check out measurements!
