The weakest points on all car covers are at the seams: where two pieces of material are joined together. All car covers have seams because they are made of multiple pieces of material. Our covers combine two seam technologies to maximize durability and protection.

1^st Double Stitched Seam for Strength - A base layer of double stitched seams allow the cover to remain flexible when stretched. This prevents the seams from taking strong winds or from frequent pulling required to apply and remove the cover. A hot welded seam by itself becomes rigid and cracks over time.

2^nd Ultrasonic Welded Seam for Waterproofing - An Ultrasonic welded seam is placed over the stitched seam, fully sealing the seams shut from all water, acid rain, tree sap, and bird droppings, making the cover 100% waterproof and flexible at the same time.

Scratch-Free Straps with Storage

All straps are lined with a soft material on the inside that also serve as storage pockets for the straps. Unprotected straps and buckles flap around during install and removal, resulting in paint scratches.

Scratch-Free Grommets

Reinforced left and right grommet holes allow you to secure your cover with a cable lock (not included). Our grommets are lined with a soft material on the inside to prevent the grommet from scratching your vehicle's paint.

Newest Manufacturing Technology

We use state of the art machines to cut our covers with the least amount of "connected" material pieces possible, resulting in a stronger and more durable car cover. Out dated machinery can result in "connecting" over 15 pieces of material that can result in a weaker cover with more potential for elements to penetrate the cover.

Fade Resistant Solution Dyed Eco-Friendly Fabrics. The color is added to the polymer before it is extruded into yarn form for maximum fade resistance. Each fiber is a solid color, NOT surface dyed. Only 100% non-hazardous and eco-friendly UV coatings are used.

Fitment Guarantee and Long-Term Tested

All car covers are guaranteed to fit, or we will fix the issue at no cost to the customer. We are located in Houston, Texas, where we continuously long-term test all our covers under the 100+ degree heat and rain.

Lifetime Warranty

We are dedicated to providing support for our products with a lifetime warranty on all of our covers. The warranty protects against any defects workmanship and does not protect against normal wear and tear, modification, or improper use of an indoor cover outdoors. Warranty protection is handled directly by us and not through a 3rd party drop shipper.

Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES or APO BOXES because UPS and FEDEX do not provide service to PO or APO boxes. We can ship to a PO or APO box with an additional shipping charge because we would have to ship those items using USPS Priority Mail.

Occasionally ebay's checkout system will not charge for AK, PR, HI, VI, and GU shipments. However, these locations will have an additional shipping charge that we may contact the customer for if ebay did not charge for the additional shipping.

International:

All international shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS with free insurance and tracking.
