This listing is for ONE (1) original equipment 15" METAL wire spoke wheel cover (non-locking style cap; stock #0B) originally used on the 1977-1979 Ford Thunderbird models equipped with 15" STANDARD STEEL wheels. 1974-1976 models used the same style cap, but the backing plate was unpainted. The backing plate on this cap is BLACK. The retaining band is strong, and all of the retaining clips are in place and solid.  There are minor cosmetic flaws and blemishes on this cap such as superficial scratches, minor scuffs, small dings, dirt, dust, etc.  Any areas of concern are shown in the photos provided.
