Stratego War Strategy Board Game - 1961/1970 - Milton Bradley - Complete

Probably the best youth strategy game ever made.  Colorful, imaginative but not too complex, with a couple of simple but very effective stealth elements.  Great fun for "ages 10 and up".

The game came out in 1961 and became a continuing favorite.  By 1970 Milton Bradley had made some improvements. In particular, the original wooden pieces were replaced by the plastic ones used here, which have two major advantages in this game of stealth:

1)  They don't easily fall over - which will ruin the current game.
2)  They don't pick up wear marks - which wrecks the set permanently.

But they still have the original iconic shiny metal-paint figure symbols.  Those were, sadly, later dropped.

So this edition is arguably the best Stratego set ever produced.

Condition:  Only the box has seen significant wear, primarily broken corners; and there is a name written on the top.  The instructions are all legible.  The board has some small discolorations.  The pieces all look fine with none AWOL.  Please see the pictures.
