This is one old Jeep stainless steel wheel cover / hub cap. Unable to find much information on this. It looks like Jeep recycled AMC Rambler wheel covers by pop riveting a Jeep center over top of the Rambler, "R". It appears that someone painted the light blue areas of the wheel cover, possibly to match their vehicle.

Condition is used, but pretty nice. No major damage. The little rivets that hold the Jeep center on have gotten rusty.
