All of our items have been tested while installed in the original unit by one of our skilled and knowledgeable technicians.
If the item condition is listed as:
New- A brand new, unopened item (may be opened for photographs).
New (Other)- A new part that may have been installed and never used, or briefly installed and used.
Used- An item that has been removed from an older unit, but is still in functional condition.
Part Compatibility
We DO NOT sell parts for trial and error and would much rather see to it that you receive the proper part you need to repair your appliance the first time around. Should you not be able to sort it out on your own, or if you aren't sure what exactly is wrong with your appliance, you can schedule a virtual service call on our website! Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days. Because our items feature free shipping AND free returns (meaning that we are responsible for shipping costs both ways) we do ask that you are at least somewhat confident that you're ordering the correct part for your appliance, especially on large or heavy items.
Please note that any electrical parts cannot be returned once they've been installed on the appliance.
This is a standard policy among appliance parts dealers.
If you wish to make a return, please use the return system provided under your purchase history on the eBay website.
Please contact us if your part arrived damaged or is non-functioning before attempting a return. We will figure something out.
