Limited edition in a mini-LP style cardboard sleeve with small rectangle sticker and Japanese liner notes (no obi-strip).
The disc is made in Japan but the sleeve is identical to Warp release, made in EU.
Condition: CD is NM, digipak and all inserts are NM. Stored in Japanese mylar bag with sticker. The white labels are on the mylar bag holding the album.
