10” shellac Decca 78 rpm in original (I believe) Decca paper sleeve. Both record and sleeve are in reasonable used condition. There are no visible dints or scratches on the record itself. It played well the last time it was used, but please note that I no longer have the means of testing it. The sleeve has a couple of tears and quite a few creases. 

As far as I can find out, the release date was 1951. 

Unusually, it was made in India (printed on label on both sides).
