RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICIES:

  • We accept returns, but they must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items MUST be in an unopened, sealed, unused, and in the same condition as they were when leaving our shop.

  • Please read through our description before purchasing. If any damages or modifications to the products were made or the item does not meet the standard described above, the product will not be eligible for a return and a refund will be declined.

  • Please contact us first for a refund or an exchange to be made. Buyer is responsible for mailing postage of return (If there was an error on our part, then the postage will be provided through us. A prepaid label will also be provided for any exchanges if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item)


SHIPPING PROCESS:

  • Please be sure to double check your address information if it is correct before or soon after you have made the purchase.

  • We dispatch our orders within 1-2 business days once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
  • Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday at 9:00am-6:00pm PST from Los Angeles, California.

  • We do not do any shipping or processing on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, so please wait for the next available business day when placing an order on those days.

  • Our items will be wrapped with a generous amount of bubble wrap, safely secured with cushions, and in a box with a fragile sticker instead of a bubble envelope, we deeply care about your item arriving in a safe condition to you. We ship things with the mindset of: how would we like to receive shipments?


SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • We only ship our packages through USPS using Media, Ground Advantage and Priority.

  • The packages will include Insurance coverage up to $30-$100 (Ground Advantage already has that applied). 

  • The tracking number will be emailed to you by eBay once a label has been printed (please wait 24 hrs for the tracking number to be updated).

  • If a package is damaged, lost or stolen from transit, please be advised that this issue is out of our hands and will have to be dealt with by USPS and filing a claim through them.


CANCELLATIONS:

  • We will decline a cancellation request if the order has been processed and shipped.
  • You will have to request a return instead once you received the package.
  • If you are asking to cancel because of a mistake in your address then we ask that you please message us with the correct address information so we can go ahead and change it for you.


EBAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROGRAM:

  • eBay has a program that allows international buyers to purchase our items from selected areas. We print a label that has the address of the eBay International Processing Center, where the package will be sent there, a new label printed with the customs form filled out by them and then shipped to you.
  • Please be advised that if the item is unable to be purchased, has no shipping option or will not allow you to purchase when checking out your cart then unfortunately the program hasn’t been accepted in your area.
  • We do NOT do any worldwide shipping ourselves (we ship only within the US), only through the program eBay have provided us with.
