This elegant dress watch from luxury brand Movado has just had a full service, with new/replacement parts fitted to give the performance expected from a Movado watch (please ask if you want details).
A new mainspring is fitted.
The watch is keeping good time and is ready to use as an everyday timepiece.
Movement:
- Calibre 15, 17 Jewels, Running at 18000A/h, Incabloc balance protection, Manual wind
- The movement is in very good condition, running strongly and keeping good time (see Timegrapher pic)
- The watch winds, and the hands set smoothly.
- New setting lever and setting lever spring are fitted, along with a replacement pallet.
- A new mainspring is fitted.
Dial :
- The silver coloured dial is in good condition with no noticeable defects.
- The hour markers and hands are silver coloured.
Case and Bracelet:
- The case has been polished, with only very minor marks around the sides, and a few scratches on the bezel. The crown looks original and is in good condition.
- The stainless-steel case back has been polished to remove scratches, and the “brushed effect” re-applied.
- The vintage bracelet is in good condition with no noticeable marks or scratching.
- The clasp opens, and expands correctly.
- The length of the bracelet + watch is about 155 mm, with the bracelet expanding another 15mm.
- The glass has been polished to remove scratches.
