This is a lovely J.Crew Sleeveless Top, in Black that has an Ivory colored Lining that shows through the lace, just adorable!

It is a traditional career style, with a round Neckline, and a side zipper.

The Lace outer fabric is made from a Cotton Blend~ 67% Cotton 22% Nylon 10% Polyester 1% Other, and the Lining from 100% Polyester, so it will be comfy to wear.
