Combined shipping is offered based off of weight and quantity- a note MUST be left at checkout to receive OR an appropriate invoice through the Ebay system must be created and sent to me on the SAME date of purchase. With the amount of orders being processed it is hard to keep up otherwise. 

When coupons are live they are one per order and can not be combined into one shipping order if more than one order is placed.
