There is wear showing on cover and spine. The binding on front cover is loose and torn in a few places. 

(seems easy enough to reinforce with tape) There are some page corner bends in back.

Previous owner's name is penciled in on inside front cover. 

Inside text is clean and binding is tight. Please see photos for song list and condition details.
