Low grade reader. Cover detached. Spine split about 50%: at bottom of spine 3", near top staple 2" - 3" (see pictures)

Pen marks, 2" x 1" chunk out FC, 1" x 1/2" chip out, corner torn BC, top staple detached CF (see pics)

Some faint rust on staples.  Inside book has some foxing, soiling, but pages are soft

Complete, no restoration detected
