The 2 channel amplifier is manufactured in Canada and is rated at 250 watts per channel into an 8 ohm load. 

You can choose from single ended RCA input, or Balanced XLR input. The amplifier can be run in stereo, or bridged to output 800 watts into an 8 ohm load.  

The unit is working as it should and sounds great using a Yamaha A-S1200 as the pre-amp. 

The date code puts this amplifier at about 23 years old. 

As with all vintage gear, no warranty is included or implied. You can rest assured though that this amp is working great.
