to purchasing. We strive to describe items as accurately as possible and
provide lots of pictures so you know what you are getting. Most of the time we
make things sound a lot worse than they really are. Our customers tell us the
items are better than described & they were pleasantly surprised. We would
rather have our customers surprised instead of disappointed! Our 100% positive
feedback shows that we do a pretty good job, but we welcome any questions you
may have about our items. Please keep in mind that, unless otherwise noted, all
of our items have been loved & used by their previous owners. Because we don’t sell items in bulk
you will receive the exact item as shown in the photos and described. All items currently come from a smoke free
home but we do have fur babies.
Shipping

We charge only actual shipping
costs without any handling fee. We will gladly combine purchases to save on
shipping. If you read our feedback, you will see that we use lots of packaging
materials to create our “bullet proof packaging”. In over 25 years of selling on eBay we have
never had an item get damaged in shipping, and we have mailed lots of delicate
items. We ship all items via USPS
Priority Mail, unless the item qualifies for media mail or the winner requests
another shipping option. If you request an alternate shipping level, such as
first class or parcel post, keep in mind these are not covered by postal
insurance and you are shipping at your own risk. You can find shipping costs
and shipping options in the box in the shipping area of the listing page. If
you want the item shipped via another method other than stated, you MUST email
us with a shipping address & preferences so actual shipping charges can be
determined. Any large or very heavy item will go by UPS or FedEx ground
service. Packages are shipped the next business day after receipt of payment.
International Shipping

Foreign winners are responsible
for all customs fees, taxes and duties at delivery as applicable. We ship
internationally using the eBay Global Shipping program, so please contact eBay
directly for any international tracking or damage concerns. Packages are
shipped the next business day after receipt of payment.
Payment

Payment MUST be received within
3 days of purchase to prevent cancellation of purchase and non-pay negative
against your eBay account. We do send an auto-reminder for payment at 2 days
and again at 3 days. Please use the payment link email you will receive. Please
keep in mind that all sales are final unless we truly misrepresented the item
in our description and pictures. That being said we do pride ourselves on our
great customer service, so if you have a concern when your item arrives, please
email us before you leave feedback. We will attempt to find a resolution
that works for everyone.
