Stamped "A. OSMANEK SCHONBACH BOHMEN". Likely made in the present day area of Luby, Czech Republic in the late 1800s-1910s. It's smaller than a modern Bb clarinet.
It appears complete (no missing parts other than a few pads) and undamaged (no obvious cracks or trauma evident). A wonderful example worthy of restoration or as part of a collection/"conversation piece". It even includes a cute little wooden mouth piece cap!
The leather case is missing its lid and has some tape applied.
