             This is another pair of antique Eyeglasses we have picked up over time.  Made by AO (American Optical) his pair is not perfect by any means, but the Bridge, Bows, and Frames are all 1/10 12k Gold Filled.  Those Celluloid nose pads must have had some kind of felt or something on them, it's pretty "green" right now and take a good look at how the Glass is actually cut out right where the nose pads sit in.  (I've never seen a pair like that)  The etched design on the frames goes all the way around and is really Deco looking.  All in all, just to look at, they aren't too bad, the protective plastic at the end of the ear wires is flaking/braking off.  But I still think they are wearable or at least scrap for the gold!  The velvet inside the hard shell case is sort of peeling/disintegrating a bit too.  All the way across these measure 4-3/4" and each lens across the glass part is 1-3/4" x 1-9/16" top to bottom glass.   These have not been cleaned (we prefer to leave items as we receive them) Thank you!    THESE CAN SHIP FOR FIVE OUNCES IN THE CASE via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE Mail.   We will always wait & combine items to save on shipping costs, just let us know if you want to purchase several items.  Thanks  Any problems or questions, just email!
