Windows 10 Pro key is tied to the motherboard and will be automatically activated should you choose Windows as the OS. They don't "officially" support Windows 11 but it is very easy to upgrade after installing Windows 10 as these have TPM 1.2, UEFI bios and secure boot. They have been cleaned inside for dust and outside for any adhesive residue or other markings, verified working and the bios updated to the most recent. They will have light scratches, scuffs, marks, etc.
