All units are fully operational but cases are bent to a certain degree. Some are very minimum while others are very noticeable. All are enclosed in a Hard Candy Case so the condition of the cases is not noticeable. 1 iPad display is separated from the case (see last picture). Once again, not noticeable while in case. It also helps keep the display in place from separating.
