Scarce, vintage Chinese cookbook and guide to Beijing (then Peiping) restaurants. The author, Mary Li Sia (1899-1971) was a Chinese-American teacher & cookbook author known as the "Julia Child of Hawaii" for her long career teaching and writing about Chinese food. Illustrated with photos (including tissue guards).
