Bought this awhile back but don’t use it. The mic picks up sound and sounds nice to my ear but I’m also not a pro audio guy and don’t have a reference for what it’s ‘supposed’ to sound like. I got it to use with a four track tape recorder and record lo-fi music. The foam on the inside of the mic case is corroded and could use replacement but it doesn’t affect the mic’s ability to pick up sound.

The 3 pin amphenol is a guitar cable with the tip changed out. I also have a 1/4” to XLR converter (pictured) that I’ll throw in.

It seems this is a mix Elvis used, or similar to it.

Overall I’d say the mic is functional to the best of my knowledge and is cosmetically in like 6.5/10 condition. This will be a cool mic to record with or use live. Because of the obvious age/condition I’m selling as-is, and the price reflects that.
