Fully Tested, sounds great.   Visually in good condition, but many scratches are on all surfaces, especially the bottom, see photos.  Some of the corners and edges have minor damage, see photos.   One of the placards on the back is missing, see photos. Also discolorations on especially the top, probably water spots.
