Description A beautiful heavy English antique solid sterling silver Albert pocket watch chain in lovely condition and with English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1899. Excellent quality and with nice tight graduating silver chain links and with a silver t-bar and a secure silver swivel/dog catch. Attached on the fob chains are an antique double-sided solid silver and rose gold medal with no added inscriptions and also a genuine King George V solid silver one florin coin fob. It weighs a heavy approx 76 grams (total). Very nice watch chain.

Measurements Measures approx 13.45 inches (343mm) in length. The centre chain links are approx 10mm wide.

Date English antique solid sterling silver with English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1899, (date letter "Z") on the swivel/dog catch; silver t-bar appears to be unmarked but is also guaranteed antique silver. There are clear lion passant silver hallmarks on all of the chain links and the silversmiths initials are "H.P", (Henry Pope 1887 - 1916). The attached silver medal is hallmarked Chester 1923, (date letter "X").

Condition Lovely condition with no splits or repairs and with only minor age wear on the chain links, a very nice weighty genuine antique example and the silver swivel/dog catch still works well. Beautiful chunky Victorian silver watch chain.
